The achievement of the targeted learning outcomes is demonstrated through the following assessment methods:

Written examinations (midterm and final).

The content and quality of research papers or working papers.

Evaluation by external legal institutions and organizations.

Practical and applied examinations.
In accordance with Article (25) of the Regulations for Granting the Doctoral Degree at the University of Jordan, issued by the Deans’ Council under Decision No. (1059/2012) dated 29/8/2012, the grade distribution for each course shall be as follows:

Coursework (60%), which includes at least one written examination worth 20–30%, and other activities worth 30–40% of the total grade.

Final examination (40%).
