Ph.D. In Law / Quality Assurance of the Program

The quality assurance of academic programs at the School of Law is based on a set of standards and principles aimed at achieving academic excellence and ensuring high-level learning outcomes across all academic degrees (Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral). The quality system is founded on a comprehensive approach that includes the clarity of intended learning outcomes and their alignment with the National Qualifications Framework, the integration of study plans with program objectives and labor market needs, and the effectiveness of teaching, learning, and assessment strategies. The system also relies on the competence of School members, the availability of supporting infrastructure and services, and continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms that ensure ongoing improvement of academic and administrative performance, in addition to adherence to national and international accreditation standards in the field of legal education.
