The Law Faculty of the University of Jordan to host effective and making competition Willem C. Vis This preparatory the 5th annual Middle East is pre-moot program on International Commercial Arbitration, focused on developing the effectiveness of transactional lawyers through participation in the 22nd international is moot competition to be held from 6-7 March in Amman.
According to Dean Dr. Ibrahim Al-jazi, the program of the competition for the Middle East an opportunity to law students in the Middle East and North Africa, and Afghanistan to develop oral advocacy skills and practical knowledge about international sales contracts.
The contest is held under the auspices of the Jordanian judicial Council in partnership with the consultative group for excellence and legal development in Oman and Jordan University, in cooperation with the commercial law development program of the US Department of Commerce, and attended over three days, three teams representing local Jordanian of universities: Jordan, Jerash and Al-Beit, In addition to universities from Iraq , Tunisia, Saudi Arabia , Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Afghanistan and Qatar.
